This notebook selected by Peter Gizzi and Kevin Killian, caretakers of the Spicer estate to be published by Ryan Murphy's The North Beach Yacht Club in the summer of 2009.  They were simply sent out via USPS into the world haphazardly. with no way to get them but dumb luck or word of mouth.
