This book (organized and curated by Jasper Sebastian Stürup, who has produced over 30 artists books himself), brings together a loose grouping of artists whose primary medium is drawing, but who vary widely in their approach to the medium, both formally and conceptually. Some points of connection between the individual bodies of work - although none are shared by all - are: youth culture, 1960’s counter-culture, graffiti, reductive graphic languages, and references to photographic sources. Common to all is a sense of intimate engagement in a chosen graphic language.
